Award for the concept of integrating the 50-plus generation
On 25 November, the 2010 "AARP International Innovative Employer Award" was presented to Hansgrohe AG in Brussels. The award is given every year by the world's largest senior citizens' association AARP, which boasts 40 million members, to promote innovative concepts for integrating older employees into the workforce. The Black Forest mixer and shower manufacturer Hansgrohe won the award for the project "MUMM – Miteinander und Motiviert mitmachen" (Joining in and getting motivated).
