Based in Esher, Surrey we have over three hundred squared metres of floor space show off our Hansgrohe, Axor and Pharo ranges to their best advantages. Working displays enable you to see the many benefits of the products for yourself.

The course includes an overview of water systems, the Hansgrohe ibox, our manufacturing processes, how to use the different areas of the Hansgrohe website and technical FAQs. The course has been designed specifically for people who work in a showroom environment. It is recommended that this course is completed prior to attending the Hansgrohe and Pharo Training course.

The course includes the different technology within Hansgrohe mixers, showers, installation and waste systems. It also covers Pharo wellness products, Pontos grey water recycling systems and our new product innovations. The course has been designed specifically for people who work in a showroom environment.

The course covers the origins of Axor, matching design to need, the importance of lighting, colours and materials, trends and styles and what future bathrooms may be like. This is an advanced course and has been created to assist an experienced showroom designer.

The seminars are hands-on and have both technical and theoretical content. They give a thorough grounding in ‘best practice’ shower installation with specific reference to understanding our product range. Seminars look at water systems, installation and sizing issues, fault-finding and trouble shooting. We also provide the new Part P regulations and our grey water recycling system.
