Purpose

  • Build online visibility and engagement to improve performance online, by optimising all aspects of the digital presence, across customer sites and own websites.
  • Improve customer experience by ensuring key marketing messages are conveyed clearly and concisely in order to drive business growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update Hansgrohe’s presence on eCommerce websites aligning them with brand guidelines
  • Provide Customers with all product associated data to publish new and upgrade existing products online through our key eCommerce partnership platforms
  • Create and implement annual email marketing plan collaborating and supporting channel/brand managers become the internal expert of the newsletter tools and platforms
  • Conduct analysis for marketing campaigns, own websites and industry eCommerce performance and content to enhance our offering and support the drive of sales through insights and digital/marketing targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Drive the optimisation and utilisation of the Hansgrohe websites through analysis of existing content, maintenance and drive continuous improvement for performance (SEO)

Technical Competency

  • Planning and organising – Can work with limited supervision to plan, organise, prioritise and oversee activities to effectively reach business objectives
  • Data Collection and Analysis – Is able to conduct research to analyse data trends for use in relevant, lucid effective reports to provide insights, assisting in commercial decision making and action planning.
  • Computer Skills – Supports business processes by understanding and effectively using SAP Marketing Cloud, SmartEdit, C4C & Product Cockpit; Google Analytics; Adobe Photoshop;  Searchmetrics; Amazon Advertising & Vendor Central, providing technical guidance as required.
  • Attention to detail – demonstrating the ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating concern for all areas involved by monitoring and checking work or information whilst organising time and resources efficiently.
  • Problem solving – Has the ability to solve problems by analysing situations and apply critical thinking in order to get to the route cause of a problem and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and constraints.

Education

Secondary/Intermediate + (5 GCSE)

Experience

Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (2 years+ within digital/eCommerce)

Location

This role will be predominantly home based with regular travel to head office in Esher and The Water Studio in Clerkenwell as well as occasional visits to customers.
