Training Manager

Purpose

Responsible for the design and delivery of all learning and professional development for Hansgrohe employees. Implementing and executing policies, processes, associated documentation for a complete training portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design and deliver learning sessions to meet the requirements of the business and individual growth plans; design and develop relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Design and construct complete training portfolio providing advice and guidance on best practise.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and provide solutions to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to the creation and development of the existing working water training centres; tailor pre-existing exercises, review current feedback and development processes and tools; draft new content; draft documentation; train assessors to engage delegates, facilitate activities, and support individuals in their development planning.
• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices.

University (First Degree)

Experience

Experiences practitioner able to work unsupervised (2 years+ experience within a training role)

Location

This role is based at Hansgrohe Limited, Units D1, Sandown Park Trading Estate, Royal Mills, Esher, Surrey KT10 8BL with travel to various sites for training events.
